For customers coming from overseas!

We welcome people from all countries! While our staff is Japanese and mostly does not speak English, we are happy to serve you to the best extent of our abilities. Even if you book a day where the English speaking staff does not work, rest assured any member our staff can guide you through the motions of the appointment without problem.


However, if you have more detailed requests or would feel more comfortable discussing in English throughout your appointment, you can request an English interpreter via the reservation menu at the time of booking your appointment. The option is 2000 yen.



For the month of November 2025, our English speaking staff are scheduled on the following days:


Tokyo: Ari will be working on 1,3,6,11,14,16,19,22,23,26,29


Osaka: Kazue will be working on

1,2,3,5,7,8,9,10,14,15,16,20,21,22,23,24,26,28,29


For the month of December 2025, our English speaking staff are scheduled on the following days:


Tokyo: Ari will be working on 6,12,13,17,21,22.


Osaka: Kazue will be working on

1,3,4,6,7,8,9,13,14,15,16,17,19,20,22,26,27,28.


From January 2026 onwards, English interpretation will only be available at the Osaka store. Rest assured that our Tokyo staff will still be happy to serve you and make you cute!
