We welcome people from all countries! While our staff is Japanese and mostly does not speak English, we are happy to serve you to the best extent of our abilities. Even if you book a day where the English speaking staff does not work, rest assured any member our staff can guide you through the motions of the appointment without problem.

However, if you have more detailed requests or would feel more comfortable discussing in English throughout your appointment, you can request an English interpreter via the reservation menu at the time of booking your appointment. The option is 2,200 yen.

Osaka: (Interpretation is only available while make-up)

Interpretation is exclusive to the reservations appointing Kazue.
